SCT is working on helping people in need and seeking the needs of poor people within a clear system and strict rules. The SCT was started in 2014 by an active team of young people which later was joined by AlMagdar Charity Team, AlOyoon Charity team and AlKhasheeta Charity Team. The SCT is now working under the authority of the Social Development Committee.
